This is a super easy recipe to use with all of your left overs.

- 1 lb Cooked Chicken Shredded
- 1 (8oz package of cream cheese)
- 12 Tortillas
- 2 Cups Monterey Jack Cheese
- 2 Cups Whipping Cream
Directions:
- Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking pan.
- Boil chicken in water until its cooked thoroughly. Shred it. I love throwing it in my kitchen aid! It shreds up so fast and it so much Easier!
- Throw your cream cheese and chicken in a pan and mix over medium heat. Heat until cream cheese is melted.
- Spoon cream cheese chicken mixture into tortillas. Roll up and stick in 9x13 baking pan.
- Pour whipping cream all over your tortillas.
- Top with your Monterey Jack cheese.
- Stick in the oven and bake for 35-45 minutes or until cheese is melted and heated through.
- Enjoy!!
