Healthy Banana Pancakes
When I was living in Hawaii in 2007, I was first introduced to banana pancakes at the Hukilau Cafe on Oahu. It is rumored that Jack Johnson's song, "Banana Pancakes" was written about those pancakes. These pancakes were amazing, but probably full of calories ;)
Here is a yummy, healthy & easy recipe for banana pancakes. This is what you will need:
2 egg whites
1/2 banana
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp water
4 tbsp almond flour
2 egg whites
1/2 banana
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp water
4 tbsp almond flour
Here are the simple steps:
1. Add banana to your mixing bowl and mash
2. Add egg whites to the bowl. I like to use my OXO egg separator that hooks on my mixing bowl
3. Add cinnamon, water, and flour
4. Mix together until you have a smooth batter
5. Add to frying pan on medium heat. Make sure to grease the pan first. Make sure to cook the pancake all the way through
6. Add Pure Maple syrup and spray butter if desired
7. Enjoy! This recipe makes about 3 of the circles in the photo below

Best Fine Dining in Las Vegas
For all those who are coming to Las Vegas for a special trip or for any locals looking for a fancy place to dine on their birthday/anniversary, here are my favorite high-end dinner spots:
1. Bartolotta - Wynn - Italian Seafood
Make sure that you get a cabana table outside. This is a seafood restaurant, but I recommend the ravioli di ricotta con caciotta Toscana.

I like sitting outside here even though there is no view since it is on street level. It is across from the TI "pirate show." They have a good menu and dont forget to order the deep fried oreos for dessert.

6. Olives - Bellagio - Italian
You should get an outside table here, but not to close too the balcony. Its is right in front of the Bellagio water show. This is also a great lunch spot. Also, a little secret is to valet at the north valet on Flamingo Road.

7. Mix - Delano - French/American
The place has sort of a heaven and hell theme. The lounge is all in black with red accents, and as soon as you walk into the dining room, everything is all white with sweeping staircases, mid-century modern furniture and a stunning 24-foot chandelier.

10 min S'mores dip
This is superduper easy and superduper yummy. All you need is the following:
Butter
1.5 cups chocolate chips
About 15 marshmallows (halved)
Graham crackers
Coat the sides and bottom of your baking pan with butter. Add the layer of chocolate chips and put the halved marshmallows on top of the chocolate. Bake at 450°F for 5 to 7 minutes.
You want to serve this immediately with graham cracker squares or sticks because as soon as this gets cold, it is difficult for guests to dip in to.
Enjoy!!!

To Die For Chocolate Cake...From a Box!!!
Okay, this cake is Amazing! It's a chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting in the middle and chocolate buttercream frosting on top. The best part about it is that it's so easy! It's sooo moist and rich and so so worth making it.
So lets get started
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
So lets get started
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Mix all ingredients together. Pour batter into 2, 9 inch rounds. Put in oven and bake for about 25-30 mins or until done. If it is a little under done it will finish baking as it cools.
Next, we make the frosting
Next, we make the frosting
Beat the cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer at medium speed for about one minute. Add the vanilla and beat one minute more. Reduce the mixing speed to low, and add the powdered sugar about 1/2 cup at a time. Once the sugar is completely incorporated, beat at medium speed for about two minutes or until fluffy.
Now we make the Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
Now we make the Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
In a large bowl, combine the powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Beat the butter with an electric mixer at medium speed for about one minute. Reduce the mixing speed to low, and add the sugar/cocoa mixture about 1/2 cup at a time. Halfway through this process, add the milk and vanilla. Once all of the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated, beat at medium speed for about two minutes or until fluffy.
Now Layer
Place the first 9in round on cake stand. If you need to cut off the top to level it, do so. Then place the cream cheese frosting on top, leaving about an inch or so on the edges. (There will be a lot of frosting.) Dont use all the frosting, keep about 1/2 cup out. Then place the 2nd 9in round on top, squish it down just a little. Now fill in the gaps around the edges if there are any with the extra frosting.
Okay, so once that is done. We will start with the chocolate buttercream frosting. Yumm. First do a light layer of the frosting all over the cake. This is called a crumb coating. Place in the fridge for about an 1/2 hour.
Pull back out and begin to frost! With a frosting knife I like to make a curving motion to make the cake have some texture. Wipe any excess frosting off the may have fallen onto your cake stand. When your done sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
YOUR DONE!!
We hope you enjoy and try not to eat the whole thing all in one sitting! But if you cant help it then that's okay ;)

I love this and have made it many times for parties. I really like that each individual has their own. Sometimes in a dish, right after the first person digs it, it all starts to fall together and isn't so pretty any more. p.s. i love adding a little bit of taco seasoning to the sour cream!
