I love chicken pot pie and these mini pies are perfect for family dinner! This is a quick, easy, and inexpensive recipe. Here it is:
Ingredients:
-1 cup of cooked, diced chicken
-1 can cream of chicken soup
-1 can of biscuits
-2 cups of veggies (peas, corn, & carrots)
-1/4 cup milk
-salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
2. Combine veggies, soup, milk, chicken, salt and pepper in mixing bowl
3. Press biscuits into greased cupcake pan
4. Add 1/3 of mixture to each biscuit
5. Pull edges of dough over filling and pinch sides
6. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
