Take a look at the nutrition guides below (nonfat greek yogurt on the left and mayo on the right). 1/2 cup (4 ounces) of greek yogurt has 70 calories and 0g of fat. 1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) of mayo has 720 calories and 80g of fat. This means you will save 650 CALORIES AND 80g OF FAT just by making this one substitute!!!
